Meet the Team

After being part of the AmeriSpec team for almost 10 years, Todd purchased 3 AmeriSpec franchises in 2023, one of which had been in business since 1992. Before becoming a certified home inspector, he was in the construction industry as a supervisor of several crews and also worked for a commercial construction company where his primary responsibility was roof inspections. He is also certified by the state to perform radon testing.

Eric has been working with AmeriSpec since 1993 and previously owned the Roseville franchise. Over his 30+ year career he has inspected thousands of homes in the Twin Cities metro area. He is also certified by the state to perform radon testing.

Roger has 20 years experience in the construction industry including remodeling of residential and commercial property. He is a certified home inspector and is state certified for radon testing. Roger is a lifelong resident of the St. Cloud area and a graduate of Apollo H.S. and Rasmussen College.

Tom has a background in management with an MBA from the University of Minnesota. He most recently ran his own home inspection company and has now brought that experience to the AmeriSpec team. He is certified by the state of Minnesota to perform radon testing and sewer scope inspections, and licensed to inspect homes in both Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Alex has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Upper Iowa University and most recently worked as a Marketing Director for a construction technology company. Prior to that she worked as a realtor in Iowa and understands the home inspection process in real estate transactions, and the importance of building trusted relationships between realtors and inspectors.

Alex oversees daily operations, manages business development and marketing efforts, and aims to provide the highest quality of service to our clients.

Sara has a Degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management from the University of Wisconsin Stout. She was in the Restaurant Industry for over 20 years working for Walt Disney World, Don Pablo's and The Cheesecake Factory. For many years her passion was traveling to other states to support restaurants and open new locations. She stepped into the administrative world once she and her husband started a family and was an Office Administrator for Cabela's/Bass Pro before joining AmeriSpec.

Sara is originally from Wisconsin but moved to the metro with her husband over 20 years ago. She and her husband have 3 kids who keep them very busy. Baseball, basketball, football, and tennis is where you can usually find them in any given season. As a family they love anything outdoors...fishing, boating, hiking, and anything Up north Wisconsin or Minnesota.

Her favorite part of the job is assisting the client through the inspection process to ensure great customer service along with a great experience.
