The North Minneapolis location has been in business since 1992 and was purchased by Kevin & Sheri Laleman in 1997. After a successful 26 years in the business, they sold their 3 franchises to Todd Bird. Todd worked for AmeriSpec on Kevin's team for over 10 years prior to taking ownership.
