Meet the Team
James is a native of Albuquerque and served in the Navy for 4 years before joining the ABQ Fire Dept. in 2005, where he currently holds the position of Lieutenant.
James has a passion for real estate and grew up working with his father to turn older properties into rental homes. This passion led James to become an ASHI-certified inspector and inspects both home and commercial properties.
As a managing member of AmeriSpec, James is responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations, training inspectors, and ensuring that every client receives the highest quality of service.
James is a father of 3 boys and is married to his best friend Brittny who is the driving force behind his success due to her support and encouragement.

Lance Ellis is a managing member with a wealth of experience in construction and inspection services. He has been a licensed general contractor since 1976, specializing in concrete and foundation construction. In 2006, Lance became an ASHI-certified inspector for both home and commercial inspections, bringing his experience and knowledge to help clients make informed decisions about their biggest purchases. After an illustrious career spanning over 15 years, Lance recently retired in 2023 as an inspector. He currently serves as a managing member of AmeriSpec, where he manages and oversees the company's performance to ensure that every client receives the highest quality of service.
Adrian is a native of Albuquerque and is one of our longest-tenured inspectors, joining AmeriSpec in 2015. Prior to becoming an inspector, Adrian worked for the Albuquerque Fire Department as a Fireman/Paramedic where he served his community for 22 years before retiring in 2016.
Adrian owns multiple properties which he manages himself, making him a vital part of the AmeriSpec team, with his wealth of knowledge and experience. Adrian is a licensed New Mexico inspector who has conducted over 1,300 inspections and is one of our lead inspectors. Adrian helps with the training of newer employees and is someone the team relies upon when questions arise.
A family man with four daughters and a loving wife, Adrian lives life to the fullest! In his free time, you can find him riding his mountain or dirt bike or at his cabin in Colorado with his family where he is an avid fly fisherman.

Casey has spent a large portion of his life in the real estate world! He spent 25 years as a realtor, with the last 10 of those years as a Broker/Owner.
In 2000, Casey transitioned to become a full-time Home Inspector with AmeriSpec and semi-retired in 2009. Since then, Casey has continued to provide support and guidance to newer inspectors by reviewing inspection reports and providing valuable advice. Casey's experience, expertise, and attention to detail are invaluable to the team and ensure that every inspection report meets the high standards that AmeriSpec is known for.

Daniel is a native of New Mexico and worked with his uncle building houses when he was younger. Daniel later became a retail manager for an auto parts shipping company for twenty years and ran a woodworking business for five years before joining AmeriSpec.
Not only is Daniel a NM licensed home inspector that has conducted over 500 home inspections, but Daniel has expanded his knowledge and is an ASHI-certified inspector, and a certified radon, mold, and sewer inspector as well. Daniel exceeds the high expectations set for AmeriSpec inspectors. His commitment to expanding his knowledge and expertise is a testament to his passion and dedication for serving our clients with the highest standards of quality. Daniel’s enthusiasm for learning is infectious and makes him a valuable asset to the AmeriSpec team.

Victor is a proud Albuquerque native who has been part of the AmeriSpec team since 2022.
Victor is currently a firefighter with Albuquerque Fire Rescue where he serves his community and understands about great customer service, which is the cornerstone of his success as a firefighter and a home inspector. His client-centered philosophy fosters strong professional relationships with his clients and ensures they feel comfortable with the biggest purchase of their lives.

A native of New Mexico, David grew up in the Sacramento Mountains in Southern NM. David earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering and worked for 15 years in the electric utility industry.
David Joined the AmeriSpec team in 2018 conducting home inspections. He has now transitioned into a role as our Multi-Family and Commercial inspector specialist, as he has owned and operated multi-family and real estate property investments for 20+ years.
David is a licensed inspector in NM and an ASHI-Certified inspector, as well as receiving a Certification for Completion of the prestigious Carson Dunlop Weldon Commercial Building Inspection Course.
David has conducted over 200 multi-family inspections and over 100 commercial inspections. He is a detail-oriented Engineer turned Multi-Family & Commercial Inspector. Bringing his engineering expertise to help ensure quality and safety standards are met.
David enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his wife in his free time.

Dax joined the AmeriSpec team in 2020 and has been with Albuquerque Fire Rescue since 2011. Before becoming a firefighter, Dax worked in residential construction which laid the foundation for his success as a home inspector.
Dax’s ability to learn quickly helped him excel from the very start of being a home inspector. Dax quickly became an asset to the AmeriSpec team during a very busy time in the real estate market. He is known for his efficiency and expertise in his field.
Dax is married to his amazing wife and are proud parents of an adorable daughter and a talented son whom Dax coaches on a competitive baseball team.
With the little free time Dax has you can find him on the golf course where he is an avid golfer, which is no surprise considering his father was once on the PGA tour.

Meet Jennifer Lowery, who is an Albuquerque native. She is an indispensable member of our team and is the backbone of AmeriSpec. As our office manager, she keeps our busy operation on track and running smoothly. Jennifer’s degree in business, her accounting background, and her experience as a business owner in the nail industry, Jennifer is incredibly detail-oriented and organized. Her friendly and positive personality makes her the perfect first point of contact for our clients.
Jennifer is happily married with two lovely daughters. In their free time, they love spending quality time together as a family.
