The St Cloud office was opened by the owners of the North Minneapolis AmeriSpec location. North Minneapolis has been in business since 1992. After working for AmeriSpec for over 10 years, Todd Bird purchased both locations in 2023. Our team strives to provide the highest level of service to our clients!
