Meet the Team

John Kaiser is co-owner of AmeriSpec Home Inspections, Bloomington office. He has co-owned this AmeriSpec office since 1993. John has more than 28 years of home inspection experience and more than 19,000 inspections performed. John oversees daily operations while continuing to perform inspections.

Barbara Kaiser is co-owner of AmeriSpec Home Inspections, Bloomington office. She has co-owned Amerispec since 1999. With more than 25 years of experience in office management, she continues to work with the office team in daily operations.

Kelsey specializes in our office administration, radon compliance and client services, and manages our media, marketing and daily operations. She has 10+ years of experience in sales and customer service. Kelsey obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from St. Cloud State University in Elementary Education and taught for 6 years prior to joining our team in 2022.

Kevin joined our team in 2002 and has performed over 11,000 inspections. He brings a unique set of knowledge and experience to every inspection. Kevin is also licensed to perform Bloomington Time of Sale Inspections. Licenses: MDH Radon Measurement Professional RMEA-00100 & Bloomington TOS Evaluator #24556

Shayne joined our team in 2019 and has already performed over 2,500 inspections. He owned his own successful painting and construction company for 21 years prior to moving to MN. He has a vast knowledge of home functionality. Shayne is a proud United States Marine Corps Veteran. Licenses: MDH Radon Measurement Professional RMEA-00185

Mark joined our team in 2003 and has performed over 10,000 inspections. His experience provides him with extensive knowledge on all aspects of housing and inspections. Mark is also licensed to perform Wisconsin inspections. Licenses: MDH Radon Measurement Professional RMEA-00101, National Home Inspector & Minneapolis Truth in Sale of Housing.
