Meet the Team

Lindsey grew up in a family owned construction company, so transitioning to the inspection side of the business in 2012 as an Owner, alongside her husband Jess, seemed like a natural fit.

With more than 30 years of experience in the customer service industry, Lindsey manages business development, oversees daily operations and ensures the highest quality of service for their clients.

With a background in residential energy auditing, Jess has been with AmeriSpec since 2009, stepping into the role of Owner in 2012 along with his wife Lindsey.

Jess manages their team of multiple inspectors, ensuring the highest quality inspection reports and customer satisfaction. He is ASHI and ICC Certified.

A member of the AmeriSpec family since 2014, Daniel is one of the team's senior inspectors and has earned a well regarded reputation for his inspection of historic homes.

As an ASHI Certified home inspector, he loves working with people, educating them about their future home and is meticulous in making sure that the client is familiar with all the important systems and components throughout.

As one of the most senior members of our AmeriSpec family, Kelly has been managing the day to day operations since 2010. She answers endless questions with patience, makes the scheduling process quick and efficient for our customers and keeps the business running smoothly.

A member of the AmeriSpec team since 2017, Justin’s hands on, home renovation experience provides a great perspective for any client during the inspection process. With his easy manner and ability to calmly communicate and educate his clients, Justin has quickly become one of our most requested inspectors.

The newest addition to the AmeriSpec team, Cameron brings with him a solid background in the termite and pest industry. With years of hands-on experience, he has developed a keen eye for detail and a thorough understanding of home structures and potential issues. Cameron brings his expertise and diligence to every inspection, giving clients the confidence and peace of mind they deserve.
