John Loomans has been the proud owner of AmeriSpec since March of 2015. He carries on the long tradition of a thorough inspection and exceptional customer service that founders Rich and Trina Berg entrusted him with. John prides himself on being there for his clients when and where he is needed.
John’s interest in construction and architecture began during a high school internship, shadowing a local architect. Since then, he has spent the last 16 years immersed in the real estate business. John is a continuous learner and prioritizes attending trainings and conferences to ensure he is providing his customers with the best services.
When John isn’t working, he is spending time with his wife and three children. You may see him at a volleyball tournament or at a Gopher game cheering on the University of Minnesota.
