How does AmeriSpec protect customer information?
When you place orders, we use a secure server. This secure server software, SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, customer transactional data we collect is protected against unauthorized access with the use of digital certificates. AmeriSpec's digital certificates are issued by VeriSign, one of the most established signers of digital certificates.
Will AmeriSpec disclose the information it collects to outside parties?
AmeriSpec may share information about you with advertisers, business partners, sponsors, and other third parties. You can request that the AmeriSpec corporate office not share information about you with third parties by emailing us at customercare@amerispec.net. In the event that you have provided information to your local AmeriSpec Home Inspection Service franchisee office, then you must also contact that AmeriSpec office and make them aware of your request. (If you use more than one e-mail address to order services or request information from us, etc., send this message from each e-mail account you use.) Also, AmeriSpec may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personal identifying information.

Our site provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from AmeriSpec and our partners at the point where we request information about the visitor.
